For ACC appointments, have your claim number ready if you have one. If you don't have a claim yet, we can help you lodge on the day. New patients are also welcome to complete their registration form online before coming in.
No GP referral needed. Bring your claim number if you have one, or we'll help you start a new claim on the day.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and bank transfer.
Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
